147th Basic School scheduled to begin February 10, 2019 - May 24, 2019

This will be a short 15-week school for current Certified Law Enforcement Officers. Age - Must be 21 years of age by the first day of basic school to apply and no more than 39 years of age on the first day of Patrol Basic School.

The 147th Basic School is for APPLICANTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA OR IN THE PROCESS OF BECOMING BLET CERTIFIED in the State of North Carolina.

MUST HAVE BLET (BASIC LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING) CERTIFICATION BY THE FIRST DAY OF BASIC SCHOOL

148th Basic School scheduled to begin March 3, 2019 - September 20, 2019

This will be a long 29-week traditional school. Age - Must be 21 years of age by the first day of Basic School to apply and no more than 39 years of age on the first day of Basic School.
