Please Note: An employee shall receive one-half of the sign-on bonus in the first paycheck and a final installment after successful completion of 18 consecutive months of employment provided the employee retains eligibility as outlined in this policy. Sign-On Bonuses for part-time employees who work 30 to 40 hours will be prorated.
