Program Agreement Information

The Department of Public Safety is proud to announce NC ALLIES (A Local Link to Improve Effective Services), the online application process for programs to apply for JCPC funds for the 2015-2016 fiscal year.

To apply for FY 2015-2016 JCPC funding, you must complete and submit your Program Agreement online by accessing the NC ALLIES application at https://CP.NCDJJDP.ORG/CP

In order for JCPC program participants to access NC ALLIES, they must setup a North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) and password. NCID is the standard identity management and access service provided to state, local, business and individual users.

(DPS 13 001) Not-for-profit organizations must attach this form to the JCPC Program Agreement upon submission.

Multi-County Form
If you submit a Multi-County Program Agreement, you must attach this additional information to the Multi-County Program Agreement upon submission.

No Overdue Tax Debts form
Not-for-profit organizations ONLY are required to comply with completing this document. Form must be attached to the program Agreement upon submission.
