21ST CENTURY VILLAGE PASSPORT TO SUCCESS PROGRAM : PASSPORT TO SUCCESS PROGRAM

Location: Selma, Johnston County, NC

Oversight: This program receives funding and/or oversight by DPS.

Length of service: 4 to 6 months

The Passport to Success Program is designed to equip students with the interpersonal skills necessary to interact positively with others. The program focuses on helping youth with behavioral issues that may hinder successful school performance. The program begins with targeting students' needs, creating goals to translate needs into effective social behaviors, and ends with behavioral outcomes that improve their personal and academic growth. Groups will meet 2 days per week for 16 weeks.
