Concord
The Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice reports that a juvenile placed in its custody at the Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center failed to return to the facility today following a home visit.

The juvenile identified as Levi M. was last seen today (Sunday) around noon near a wooded area at a home located on Highway 73 in Iron Station. The juvenile’s home county is Lincoln County. The division has notified local law enforcement and is cooperating fully with the investigation.

Due to the unpredictability of juvenile behavior, division officials have a high degree of concern for the safety of both the juvenile and the public.

The most recently taken photograph of the juvenile is below. Members of the public should report sightings of this juvenile to local law enforcement officials.
