140th Highway Patrol Graduation

The 140th Basic Patrol School started with 62 cadets. After 15 weeks of extensive academic and physical training, 47 cadets met the challenge and graduated at a ceremony held at the Colonial Baptist Church in Cary on Nov. 18.

Highway Patrol Announces Updated I-95 Detour

The North Carolina State Highway Patrol has updated the I-95 detour for motorists traveling south.  With this in mind, both north and southbound lanes of I-95 have been closed between Exit 13 and Exit 56 due to flooding conditions.
