Final Judgement Ordered in Town of Maxton Nuisance Case

On Monday, August 9th, 2021, Superior Court Judge Jason Disbrow signed a judgment in reference to a Chapter 19 Nuisance Abatement action involving a convenience store, operating as “Minit Shop,” located at 207 Middle Street, Maxton, North Carolina.

State Highway Patrol Names New Lieutenant Colonel

The State Highway Patrol is extremely proud to announce the promotion of Maj. Daryl B. Conley to the rank of lieutenant colonel effective Aug. 9.  Lt. Col. Conley will be assuming this role soon to be vacated by Lt. Col. Donna Carter who has announced her retirement effective Sept. 1. 

ELC Absconder Cook Apprehended

State Prisons to Host Hiring Events in Raleigh on Friday
