HANDS OF HOPE MEDICAL CLINIC

We are a primary care clinic open on Mondays for Chronic Care (by appointment only) and Tuesdays for Chronic Care and walk in's for new patients only (first come, first serve). Our doors open at 8:00am. We serve residents of Yadkin County between the ages of 18-64. We have a lab and pharmacy onsite and the ability to refer to specialists. All free if no Medicaid, Medicare or disability.
