Temporary Restraining Order Issued in Jacksonville Nuisance Case
Following a prolonged period of criminal activity at a motel in Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Police Department requested assistance from the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division in March to pursue a civil nuisance abatement action at the Budget Inn.
