YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SERVICES : COMMUNITY SERVICE AND RESTITUTION

The Community Service and Restitution Program Component provides an intermediate dispositional option to meet the youth's court ordered or diverted community service and/or restitution obligation by providing the youth opportunities to engage in civic, community and social responsibilities all the while incorporating a service learning model to reduce recidivism and delinquent behaviors.
