Length of service: 1 to 3 months

Teen Court is an innovative diversion program which allows juvenile offenders to come before a jury of their peers in a court hearing instead of going to juvenile court. Teen Court does not decide guilt or innocence but centers on lowered recidivism through restorative justice and encouraging positive changes in behavior. Sentencing for clients includes community service, projects, and interactive journals.
