PRIDE IN NC - INTENSIVE IN HOME (IIH)

Length of service: More than 6 months

Intensive In-Home- community-based program consisting of a Licensed Therapist and two qualified professionals. The program works with child/youth and family to address mental health concerns through therapy and case management. The program can assist with family issues, behavioral issues, anger issues, social problems, and substance use. Pride utilizes Strengthening Families Program (SFP) as the evidence-based practice for this service delivery.
