This course will provide information regarding identifying intoxicated patrons and fraudulent IDs, the penalties for selling alcohol to underage and/or intoxicated persons, valid forms of identification, reasons to refuse the sale of alcohol, how to manage difficult situations, general information about ABC rules and regulations, and updates to North Carolina ABC laws and regulations.
