This course will provide information regarding identifying intoxicated patrons and fraudulent IDs, the penalties for selling alcohol to underage and/or intoxicated persons, valid forms of identification, reasons to refuse the sale of alcohol, how to manage difficult situations and the role of business owners, servers/employees and their guest. There is no charge for this training; all are welcome to attend.
