Combined meeting of the Governor's Crime Commission's CJI committee and the State Crisis Intervention Program Advisory Board.
Purpose:
The CJI committee focuses on initiatives that reduce violent crime and enhance criminal justice processing and operations.
The State Crisis Intervention Program Advisory Board develops guidance for commissioners as they make funding decisions impacting state crisis intervention court proceedings and initiatives such as extreme risk protection order programs, mental health courts and drug courts.
