This program focuses on essential leadership skills for aspiring leaders. This includes key practices of exemplary leadership and how to lead with a fundamental understanding of gender differences, and how gender intelligence contributes to stronger teams. This program focuses intensely on understanding human behavior, emotional intelligence, and the importance of understanding yourself and the motivators and values of those you lead. The program also covers interpersonal communication skills, team building, and situational decision-making. Instructors facilitate discussions on life and work experiences and facilitate exercises that enable participants to engage others and practice skills introduced in class. The program is designed to foster candid discussions and learn through dynamic interactive exercises.
