If you would like to make a public comment during the meeting, please send an email to trec@ncdps.gov. In the email, note the subject as Public Comment Request and include your full name, organization, email and the subject of your comment. There will be 5 slots available and each will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you are approved for a slot, you will receive a separate email with log-in instructions. Comments will be limited to 2 minutes to allow multiple participants to comment. All requests must be received by 5pm Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
