The North Carolina Division of Emergency Management has opened a public comment period for Action Plan Amendment 3 to the state of North Carolina’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery Action Plan related to Hurricane Matthew recovery. The state is soliciting input on the proposed changes, which are intended to better define the ReBuild North Carolina program’s processes and accelerate the state’s recovery efforts.
The public comment period will remain open for 14 days following publication of Action Plan Amendment 3 to the ReBuild NC program website, at rebuild.nc.gov/action-plans, until Jan. 18 at 11:59 p.m. EST. All interested parties are able to submit their comments via one of the submission formats detailed below:
