Escaped inmate Robert Terrell (#0579121) was arrested at about 2:20 a.m. Tuesday by Durham Police, assisted by correctional officers from the NC Department of Public Safety. He was stopped at Cornwallis Road and South Roxboro Street in Durham, driving a car stolen from his mother.
Terrell had left from his work release assignment in Durham Monday evening. He will face escape charges for escape and larceny of a vehicle.
