On Thursday, January 26, 2023, NC ALE and Granville County Sheriff’s Office seized over 200 pounds of marijuana, more than 20 pounds of liquid THC, non-tax paid liquor and a large sum of cash while executing search warrants.
ALE special agents and Granville County Sheriff’s Office concluded an investigation into an illegal outlet and a marijuana grow operation in Granville County. Agents executed three search warrants at the following addresses: 3623 NC Hwy 96, Oxford, NC; 4006 NC Hwy 96, Oxford, NC; and 3619 NC Hwy 96, Oxford, NC.
Dalton Huff and Alyssa Vaughn, both of Oxford, NC, were charged with the illegal possession and possession for sale of alcoholic beverages as well as numerous other felony and misdemeanor offenses including manufacturing and trafficking of marijuana. Additionally, Linda Huff of Oxford, NC was charged with felony conspiracy.
