The North Carolina State Highway Patrol would like to cordially invite you to the 138th Basic Patrol School graduation on Friday, Feb. 12 at 10 a.m. The graduation ends 29 weeks of extensive academic and physical training.
The ceremony will be held at the Colonial Baptist Church, 6051 Tryon Road, Cary. Directions are provided below to assist you. In addition, a Troop/District map is being provided as an attachment so that you may locate a new graduate within your respective media coverage area. Portraits of individual troopers will be provided upon request.

Directions: Colonial Baptist Church is located at the intersection of Tryon Road and Walnut Street/Holly Springs Road in Southeastern Cary.
From the South and West - Route 1
Take the Cary Parkway exit.
Turn right at the top of the exit ramp.
Take the first left on Tryon Road at the traffic light, and continue for approximately 1 mile.
Colonial Baptist Church is on your right.
From the East - Interstate 440 West
Take Exit 295 (Gorman Street) and turn left at the top of the ramp.
Continue on Gorman Street for ¼ mile
Turn right on Tryon Road at the traffic light.
Proceed on Tryon Road for 2 ½ miles.
Colonial Baptist Church is on your left.
From the North - Interstate 440 East
Take the Walnut Street Exit and turn right at the bottom of the ramp.
Proceed south on Walnut Street for 1 ¼ miles.
Colonial Baptist Church is on your right
