SLCGP Application Issue Solution

IF YOUR APPLICATION STOPS AT QUESTION 77:

If you reach question 77 on the application, "Is your organization using any centralized logging solution?" and answer "No" but do not see an option to answer questions 79-81, DO NOT SUBMIT THE APPLICATION. The workaround for this error is to select "Yes" at question 77 and enter "N/A" (assuming you would have answered this question as "no"). This should show the remaining questions as well as the Attestations page at the end of the application. If you submit the application ending at question 77, it will be incomplete.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIND THE SUBMITTED APPLICATION IN MICROSOFT FORMS:

A few applicants have also found the saved form for later editing is not available after they have submitted their application. This appears to be due to the version of Microsoft Office365 license their organization has not being compatible with this save for editing feature. You will be able to submit the application, and despite logging into your Microsoft account, it will appear to accept the submission but the completed form does not appear. Your application will be received, but you will not be able to find the completed form to print or edit afterwards. You can determine the version of Office365 you have by following the instructions at https://365tips.be/en/which-Microsoft365-licence-do-i-have/.

According to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/who-can-use-microsoft-forms-105080d1-687b-4137-ac28-0d43d935a399, the various licenses with access to Forms is restricted to the following Office licenses:

Microsoft Forms is available to ... Specifically:

  • Office 365 Education customers using Office 365 A5, Office 365 A5, and Office 365 Education E3 (if purchased before it was retired).
  • Microsoft 365 Apps for business customers using Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 Business Premium,Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, Office 365 Enterprise E1, Office 365 Enterprise E3, Office 365 Enterprise E5, Office 365 Enterprise E4 (if purchased before it was retired), Microsoft 365 F3, Microsoft 365 F5 plans, and Microsoft 365 F5.

  • U.S. Government Community Cloud customers using GCC and GCC High environments, Microsoft 365 GCC G3, Microsoft 365 GCC G5, Microsoft 365 GCC High G3, or Microsoft 365 GCC High G5.
