4-H MTN. CHALLENGE : MRT

An evidence based cognitive behavioral program offered for court referred youth (ages 11-17). MRT groups reduce recidivism by 30%, 3 times the success rates of the most successful alternatives. Participants peel away at the belief system they have built by living life, to reveal an inner self. They then consciously rebuild their belief system in accordance with accepted social norms and positive values. Parenting may be offered in conjunction with this program component.
