This course will provide information regarding updates on current ABC laws and changes to North Carolina General Statutes, diffusing and reducing violence at ABC outlets to include information about gangs, shootings, drug-related incidents, sexual assaults and human trafficking, awareness of penalties for selling alcoholic beverages to underage or intoxicated persons, know when to ask for an ID and how to check it accurately, learn how and when to refuse a sale and decide what to do in problem situations.
