Disaster survivors can also contact FEMA by calling 1-800-621-3362 to discuss their case.
As of June 30, 2025, FEMA is no longer supporting the MARCS. However, State Individual Assistance and Disaster Case Management continue to support the MARCs in Buncombe, Haywood and Henderson counties. Disaster Case Management continues to support the Mitchell County MARC on Wednesdays and the Watauga County MARC on Fridays.
