Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Grits, Hash Browns with Fruit, Bagel, Biscuits & gravy

 

Lunch
Creamy garlic shrimp pasta or broccoli and rice casserole with chicken. Side options: roasted potatoes, pinto beans, corn, mixed veggies, bread


Dinner
Country-fried steak or parmesan crusted tilapia. Side options: roasted potatoes, spinach alfredo pasta, broccoli, carrots, roll  


  

Tuesday

Breakfast
Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Grits, Shredded Hash Browns
with Fruit, Bagel, Pancakes


Lunch

Swedish meatballs or oven-baked turkey. Side options: rice, roasted red potatoes, corn, spring blend veggies, bread.


Dinner

Chicken Carbonara or Oven Baked Pork Chops, Mac & Cheese, Black-eyed Peas, Mixed Veggies, Corn, Roll

   

Wednesday

Breakfast


Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Grits, Home Fries
with Fruit, Bagel, Danish
 
Lunch
Chicken alfredo or baked spaghetti. Side options: garlic roasted potatoes, black beans & rice, carrots, green beans, bread

Dinner

Ground beef stroganoff, or epic fish tacos. Side options: parmesan rice, roasted potatoes, California blend mixed veggies, peas, roll. 
 
 
 

Thursday

Breakfast
Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Grits, Hash Browns
with Fruit, Bagel, Toast, French Toast
 

Lunch

Beef Enchiladas, or Teriyaki Chicken. Side Options: refried beans, mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, bread.


Dinner
Beef & spinach lo mein or Oven baked pork chops. Side Options: sweet potato fluff, grilled potato spears, spring blend vegetables, corn on the cob, roll


 

Friday
Closed for the Easter Holiday weekend.
