Charges have been made following an North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE) investigation into a vehicle crash involving a 20-year-old driver and passenger.  
On Friday, February 16, ALE special agents charged several individuals with multiple felonies and misdemeanors after a combined investigation with the Greensboro Police Department was concluded.
Seven individuals have been charged following a North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE) investigation into an underage fatal vehicle crash.

The owner of a bar in Winston-Salem surrendered the ABC license to ALE after recent acts of violence at the location. The owner, Kerry Greene Jr, of Winston-Salem, was cooperative and voluntarily turned in the ABC licenses to ALE special agents on Monday, November 27, 2023. Spott, located at 3533 North Glenn Avenue, Winston-Salem, has a recent history of violence.
On Wednesday, November 8, 2023, the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division, Warren County Sheriff’s Office and the Norlina Police Department concluded an investigation after executing a search warrant at the Tobacco Store, located at 1210 U.S. Highway 158 West, in Norlina, NC. The investigation was initiated after ALE received complaints about possible sales of tobacco and marijuana to underage persons.
