Eligible sub-applicants are local governments with a FEMA and NCEM-approved and adopted Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
The deadline to submit letters of interest using the EMGrants Portal has passed, however, based upon funding availability, projects may still be considered for funding for this disaster through September 3, 2021.
