Criminal Justice Analysis Center The Criminal Justice Analysis Center (CJAC) is North Carolina's Statistical Analysis Center and is a member of the Justice Research and Statistics Association (JRSA). Reestablished in 2018, CJAC's primary functions include: producing data-driven research and analysis of North Carolina's criminal justice system, supporting the criminal justice data needs of the Governor's Crime Commission, and development and maintenance of the NC Justice Data Portal.
