Motorcycles

Must have a full provisional license with a motorcycle learners permit or have a valid drivers license with an "M" endorsement.
Driver and passenger must wear helmets at all times motorcycle is being operated.
Must burn headlight both day and night.
May ride two abreast in a lane of traffic.
